The third way to upgrade or degrade your Airtel postpaid plan involves sending across a short email. Let us understand the steps that you need to take for the same!  
  • In case you don’t have a password, you can choose to generate an OTP (One-Time Password), which will be sent to your mobile number.
  • Next, visit the personal information section and see whether or not all your information is updated. If not, kindly do so.
  • Then, send across a mail to 121@in.airtel.com from your registered email ID. In the email include details regarding, the name of your current plan, and the name of the plan that you wish to switch to.
  • Just in case, you are unsure of the available plans and need more information on the same, simply ask them for available plans in your first e-mail. Once they reply back on the same, you can answer back with the plan that is most suitable for you.
  • Within a span of 2 to 4 hours, you will receive a confirmation mail, and your new plan will be activated within no time!
